Time Management

In our group was have assigned tasks to different people, to make the process of planning easier and smoother. There are a number of different things that need to be completed and these are as follows:

Time Management - Ongoing blog posts by all of the group, these will be used to check that we have completed all of the tasks and that everything is going to plan

Research Into Target Audience - This will be in the form of a focus group, organised by Emma. The focus group will be held at 12 'o' clock on Thursday 26th January, this will be filmed and posted on the blog

Performers And Casting - This will include photographs of the actors and a grid to show who is playing which role, This is something that Rosie will be in charge of

Organisation Of Locations/Permission - This will include a risk assessment, photographs of the risks involved, Photographs of the location and a formal letter to ask for permission from the Ludlow Assembly Rooms. Jack will be in charge of this section

Costumes And Props - This will include sourcing of costumes and props, photographs of costumes, photographs of props and the person in charge of each costume. I will be in charge of tis section
